The breakfast was excellent. Parking is free and easy. We had the room with the kitchen and 2 queen beds which was perfect for a four night stay. A newer hotel with quiet heat and a/c very homelike. There are many restaurants nearby. Although I didn't bring my dog there were people with dogs at the hotel which weren't noticeable. I might bring my dog next time. Drive to Cape Henlopen state Park is easy and it is fun to check out dock area in Lewes Zwaanendael Park , Overfall ship and the historical buildings. The Tangiers Outlets are all close. We went to Rehoboth Beach to walk on the boardwalk. Traffic is tricky but we there during spring.

Although the hotel was situated in a busy area, it was centrally located. I did not expect a view just a great place to stay. Beware if you stay more than a day, you have to tell them you want your room made up and cleaned. Other hotels I stayed at you would have to say you don't want your room done. The indoor pool was the biggest I have ever seen. We liked the orange water at the desk area. Lewes downtown was very close and so were the restaurants.

Service was very polite and allowed us early check-in. Location was just a mile away from the restaurant where we met our relatives. Our suite was very comfortable, but my back would have been happier with the addition of a hard0backed chair. The desk chair, however, was excellent, and I wish it were included in other suites I have reserved.

it was remarkable how smiley and relaxed the entire staff was. I am not talking about the reception. The maintenance in general, the cleaning crew and kitchen staff. I was very impressed that there was cleaning up from breakfast as we were sitting so there wouldn't be mess, full garbage during our time eating.

The rooms were comfortable. The equipment in the gym is new. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including eggs, breakfast meat and potatoes, oatmeal, bread, fruit, cereal, and more......There is an indoor pool for rainy days. All the staff that we met were friendly and helpful. The room has blackout shades. The lobby is a good size and comfortable for meeting people

Breakfast was adequate. The food & coffee was fresh but not exceptional. It was very nice that they had coffee all day as well as water w lemon or orange slices. Plenty of towels were provided. Beds & pillows were comfortable.

Great staff! Loved the laundry room which was very convenient. Really liked the gym!! It's fabulous and clean with a great variety of equipment. The breakfast was great and the mini market inside had awesome options for snacks, water, drinks, etc. Really enjoyed my stay.

Overall, everything was very nice. We received a free room upgrade thru Booking.com. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. This would be a nice place to lodge if staying for longer, as the room has a kitchen unit.
